It's amazing how we Filipinos are sometimes (or most of the times) very daring. Some would drive around, riding on a motorcycle - TOPLESS !
I took this picture while my family were driving during one of our out-of-town trips. When I saw this I felt like I have to take a picture of this! And good thing I got a good shot of it.
And take note of the picture. The guy is driving topless with two minors on board too!
There are local ordinances prohibiting motorcycle drivers to drive around without wearing helmets, riding on very noisy motorcycles and of course driving without licenses. But I am not sure if there is a local ordinance prohibiting drivers to drive around topless.
