Some would drive around, riding on a motorcycle - TOPLESS !<br /><br />I took this picture while my family were driving during one of our out-of-town trips. When I saw this I felt like I have to take a picture of this! And good thing I got a good shot of it.<br /><br />And take note of the picture. The guy is driving topless with two minors on board too!<br /><br />There are local ordinances prohibiting motorcycle drivers to drive around without wearing helmets, riding on very noisy motorcycles and of course driving without licenses.
